Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Flint at flintideas.app. By creating an account or using Flint, you agree to them. Flint is operated by Zero One Digital Marketing Pvt Ltd ("Flint", "we", "us").

What Flint is

Flint is an AI-assisted engine that generates and grades business-idea suggestions. Everything it produces is a machine-generated suggestion to help your own thinking. It is not business, legal, financial, investment, or professional advice, and we do not guarantee that any idea is novel, viable, profitable, lawful, or free of others' intellectual-property rights. Any decision you take based on Flint's output is your own, and you are responsible for your own due diligence.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Flint.
• You are responsible for the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Credits, pricing and payment

Access to generative features is paid for with prepaid credits at the prices shown on the site. Payments are collected by our authorised payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. Prices may change, but changes do not affect credits you have already bought. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Flint for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, copy, or reconstruct the engine, its prompts, or its grading logic, or to probe, scrape, or overload the service through automated means;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, or attempt to bypass usage or access controls.

Intellectual property

The Flint engine, software, site, branding, and underlying method are owned by us and are protected by law. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

The text you enter is yours. As between you and us, you are free to use the ideas and readings Flint generates for you, including commercially. Note that AI-generated output is not guaranteed to be unique or independently protectable, and similar output may be generated for others.

Service availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that makes the service temporarily unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to limit disruption.

Disclaimers

Flint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will meet your requirements or produce any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of Flint. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or misuses the service. You may close your account at any time; unused credits are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and your continued use of Flint after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.
